Convergence Events, Inc was founded in 2009 from the building blocks of the CONvergence directors and convention committee. Formerly a part of the Minnesota Society for Interest in Science Fiction and Fantasy, Convergence Events was spun into its own entity to permit both it and the Society to pursue their missions in a focused manner.
